If you have read any of the other reviews, you get the idea: Melody is terrific! I just want to add that she is very knowledgeable about kettlebells and I highly recommend her workshops. Melody stresses safety and common sense. I am sore but happy. Thanks!

I've been going to Melody's bootcamp for a couple of years now and I love her mix of weights, kickboxing, plytometrics, agility drills and Russian kettlebells. You have fun and get an amazing head-to-toe workout! I highly recommend her.

I have been training with Melody since Feb. 2009, so we are coming up on our one year anniversary together and the Honeymoon continues. When I began training with her my intention was to have her "jump start" my training, in other words "temporary" (as I had hit a slump doing my same old routine). Well that was a year ago.

i'm not giving melody five stars because i know she'll kick my ass. no.
although i do know that she'd kick my ass if i didn't give her five
stars, i refuse to live in perpetual fear. no melody, you will not
claim another fear victim! i'm actually giving her 5 stars because i
like her as a person and as a trainer, she's adjectives beyond amazing.

My review is way too long. I think I have to start with the last thing
first, so you will know this: Melody has a great sense of humor and
makes me laugh!
And she is an awesome trainer!

Melody is a tricky trainer. While you're working out with her you
don't notice that she's making your entire body work - biceps to
glutes, calves to triceps, abs to lats - it almost feels like you're
having fun, but later you start to notice positive changes in areas you
didn't think you'd exercised. I've trained with her for five years
now and I still don't know how she does it.

...No matter how effective Melody is at pushing her clients to do their
best, I have never - in over 300 training sessions to date - been
injured or pushed beyond my capacity. In fact, if I ever have so much
as a muscle cramp or spasm, she has me on the gym's massage table to
work it out before continuing.
