I think I’m a masochist.
I’m in pain (the “damn I got my a** kicked but it feels good” kind of pain) every time I have a session with Melody but I keep returning. When I’m doing the worm or crab walk, I’m dying in pain and wishing it would be over so I can go home and never come back.. but I still return.
Melody will kick your butt into shape! You never do the same boring workouts and she always mixes it up with different things. Your muscles will be sore and you’ll be walking like a duck for a day or two but it is completely worth it especially when you start noticing the changes.
