Melody is a tricky trainer. While you’re working out with her you don’t notice that she’s making your entire body work – biceps to glutes, calves to triceps, abs to lats – it almost feels like you’re having fun, but later you start to notice positive changes in areas you didn’t think you’d exercised. I’ve trained with her for five years now and I still don’t know how she does it.
I’ve been to other trainers and I got bored with the “you lift, I count” mentality. Melody doesn’t just have you lift weights, she mixes agility training, plytometrics, Russian kettlebells, kickboxing, and balance exercises to keep your body surprised and your mind focused.
And she’s a nice person.
