You need to train with Melody. She’s amazing.
One of the best decisions I’ve made was to train with Melody. She is top notch. She’s well informed and shares her vast knowledge in a way that is engaging and easy to apply. Her lack of ego is refreshing, especially in the fitness industry. She’s creative and has a lot of fun equipment and gear to work with (kettle bells, maces, atlas stones, chains, and a whole lot more) which means workouts are always challenging and fun. I’ve noticed a big change in my body composition and my strength since I started working with her.
She is also trained in body work and nutrition which makes her a great resource if you are looking to fine tune your diet or if you have a minor injury.
