When I first met Melody I hurt all the time. I have a laundry list of nagging, chronic issues that definitely took their toll physically and psychologically.
I started in July 2014, and remember the first session well. I was introduced to barbells, kettlebells, and a few bodyweight exercises that I can guarantee I was doing wrong up to that point.
8 1/2 months later, my pain has drastically gone down, my strength has noticeably increased and I now have pleasant dreams about all manner of heavy metal objects that test the limits of my capabilities.
